This site handles personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles. Plain version below.

What is collected

Nothing you have to give. No account, no registration, no newsletter. Every page reads without submitting anything.

Analytics, automatically. Pages visited, time on page, the site or search that sent you, approximate location at city level, device, browser and operating system. IP addresses reach the analytics provider truncated.

Cookies. Two kinds. Analytics cookies measure which pages get read. Affiliate tracking cookies record that a visit left through a particular link so a commission can be attributed.

If you email. The contents of the message and your address.

What is not collected

No payment details, no identity documents, no casino credentials, no betting history. None of that passes through this site, because there is no cashier here, no login and no connection to any operator’s account system.

Registration, deposits and KYC all happen on the operator’s platform. Anything you send them is covered by their privacy policy, not this one. If a page on this site ever asks for a password, a card number or a copy of your ID, it is not this site.

Who it is shared with

Analytics provider. Aggregated usage data under their own terms.

Affiliate network and operator. The fact that a visit came from here, through tracking parameters in the link. Your identity is not passed from us.

Hosting provider. Standard server logs including IP address, retained briefly for security.

Nothing is sold and nothing is handed to advertisers for profiling.

Cookies, and turning them off

Every browser can block or delete cookies. Blocking analytics cookies changes nothing about how this site works. Blocking affiliate cookies also changes nothing for you, it only means a signup cannot be attributed here.

How long it is kept

Analytics data is retained for 14 months then deleted automatically. Affiliate cookies expire on their own, usually within 30 to 90 days. Emails are kept while the conversation is live and deleted afterwards.

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you can ask what is held about you, ask for corrections and ask for deletion. Write to [email protected] and expect a reply within 30 days.

If the response is unsatisfactory, complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Children

This site is for adults. Gambling in Australia is 18 and over and nothing here is directed at anyone younger. No information is knowingly collected from minors.

Changes

This notice can be updated and the version shown is the current one.
