What this site is

An independent guide to WinSpirit. It is not operated by, affiliated with or endorsed by Complete Technologies N.V., and the WinSpirit name appears here for identification only.

No gambling happens on this site. No bets are accepted, no accounts are held, no money moves through it. Everything described here happens on the operator’s own platform under the operator’s own terms.

How it is funded

Licensing and your jurisdiction

WinSpirit holds a Curacao Gaming Authority licence, OGL/2024/923/0383, and no Australian licence. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 prohibits offshore operators from providing online casino games to people in Australia. The prohibition sits on the operator. ACMA enforces it by publishing breach findings and asking internet providers to block domains.
